Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. The change-of-mind conditions and fees below do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or undelivered goods where the law provides otherwise.

Use equipment as instructed

Choose equipment with the capacity, clearance and power supply required for the job. Follow the supplied instructions and the vehicle manufacturer's lifting and support instructions. Do not exceed the marked working limits or use damaged equipment.

Responsibility and remedies

We do not exclude responsibility, guarantees or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any limitation relating to indirect or consequential loss applies only to the extent permitted by that law.

Third-party claims

You remain responsible for unlawful misuse of the website or equipment. Any obligation concerning third-party claims is limited by applicable law and does not make you responsible for our own unlawful conduct.

If you believe equipment is unsafe, stop using it and contact theteam@customersupport.care with your order reference and the problem.
