Shipping & Delivery

Delivery charges

All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Standard delivery is free when the goods subtotal is CAD $50 or more after discounts. Delivery below the threshold is CAD $22. Express delivery is a CAD $22 paid option regardless of order value. Your cart shows the charge before payment.

Timing

Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery within Canada, plus 24 to 48 hours for order handling and processing. These are delivery estimates. Contact us about a delay or an address outside Canada before ordering if timing is critical.

Tracking and separate packages

We email a tracking number when your order ships. Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Visit Track Your Parcel for help.
